The leadership team
Pinstone is a highly respected and sustainably successful agency which I’m hugely proud of and all the more so for being built from the foundations of integrity, ambition and delivering great results.
Inspiring clients and the team to be bold with their communications, delivering meaningful change that positively disrupts the industry is what I relish most about my role.
Through my role at Pinstone I get to enjoy the best of many worlds, be it working in the communications sector, the rural and agri-business industry or being an extension of the client’s team.
The consultancy team
Working with a diverse range of clients is something which I really enjoy as it builds relationships across the specialist range of industries we work in and no two days are ever the same.

The real breadth of variety and the fast paced nature of successful agency life mean no two days are the same. The chance to ‘give voice’ to clients, the fantastic team energy and the learning opportunities available are the aspects I value most at Pinstone.
I love the fact that get to work with a wide range of clients who all have different communications requirements. It means that every day is a new challenge.
Hailing from rural roots and now living on a small mixed livestock farm, my passion for agriculture was triggered many years ago.
I love the diversity of working at Pinstone and getting stuck into an array of different client campaigns.
I really enjoy the client centric aspects of my role as well as being at the heart of a fast-paced agency, breaking down the barriers of conventional rural PR and inspiring clients to tell their stories and, more importantly, be heard.
I relish my role as an extension of the client’s team through developing trusted relationships and getting ‘under the skin’ of their business and spotting opportunities to support their commercial needs.
I enjoy using my first-hand farming knowledge and digital expertise to deliver authentic media content for clients.
With a rural upbringing in south Shropshire and a family with a history of working within the agricultural sector, I have followed suit!
I enjoy the entire process that’s in involved in developing well-informed and compelling editorial content, from interviewing experts on a topic through to writing the copy and seeing the fruits of my labour appear online and in print.
I really enjoy working with and learning from the dynamic team at Pinstone to deliver a variety of communication requirements for a diverse range of clients, which makes every day feel new and exciting.
I enjoy the digital aspect of my role, from shooting video on farm to creating a dynamic social media campaign to get my clients noticed in the industry.
I enjoy the people aspect of my role, being able to interact and communicate daily with everyone from the Pinstone team, clients, press, and industry stakeholders.
What I enjoy most about my role in Pinstone is the fact that I get to work alongside multiple forward-thinking businesses within the agri-food sector which I’m hugely passionate about.
