Catherine Linch

I am the founder and managing director of Pinstone. Keeping us true to the family-run ethos, I seek to continually strive towards taking our clients and our teams on the next step of their communications journey. I am passionate about cultivating a creative team environment that generates a platform for breaking new ground in PR and comms in food, farming and the environment, and I am of the firm view that there’s no better reward than leading a thriving people-centric culture.

I am most proud of my proven track record in building and running an agency that delivers meaningful results for our clients and that continues to challenge and develop the campaigns we’re working on. I have also served as Chairman of the 450-strong membership organisation, the British Guild of Agricultural Journalists and in leading the diverse team of council directors, comprising of journalists and PR professionals. Achieving B Corp status for our agency was a key milestone.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling to work as much as possible and indulging my adventurous side in outdoor pursuits as well as relaxing with a daily yoga practice and getting into a good novel.
