: How We Deliver

We aim to develop long-term working relationships with clients to allow us to really get to know your products and services. This enables us to become intuitively tuned-in to individual communication needs. We aim always to deliver a professional service while also having a genuine interest and enthusiasm for our clients' work.

As each communication plan is individually tailored to each clients' needs we can be flexible in reporting procedures, but we understand that you want and need to know where your money is being spent, which is why we are open and accountable for every hour spent on your campaign.

We use our own specifically developed media evaluation system, which can be adapted to suit individual requirements.

There are some common themes:

  • Regular meetings to establish and monitor on-going work
  • A strict approvals process for all material entering the public domain
  • Activities clearly set out in a regularly updated report and recorded on a job-by-job basis
  • An open and accountable approach using a timesheet recording system
  • Regular reviews and feedback of activities is encouraged
  • Fees are charged on either a retained fee basis or through quoting for individual projects
