PR Account Manager

Our successful small business is expanding, and with the increasing work load we’re looking for an experienced communicator to join us and support our wide-ranging client portfolio in a role that offers excellent opportunities for development and promotion.

Of graduate calibre with a minimum of three years experience in agriculturally-related PR, marketing or journalism, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with first-rate planning and organisational abilities.

Based from our office in rural Herefordshire, some travel will be required, but for the right candidate the role offers significant lifestyle benefits.

As a self-starter able to work under your own initiative you will demonstrate the ability to quickly immerse yourself in the often technical nature of our clients’ business. You will be involved in all aspects of client work that ranges from copywriting, placing stories in the trade press, as well as studio liaison, event organisation and involvement in promotional activities. Skills in campaign development and consultancy are also highly desirable.

Knowledge of the crop protection sector is an advantage, although experienced communicators from all agricultural sectors are encouraged.
